This picture shows condensation. The air around us has invisible water vapors. When warm air touches the cold surface of the bottle, it cools down. Cold air cannot hold much vapor, so the water vapor changes into tiny liquid droplets. This simple example shows how science is present in our daily life and how temperature changes water from gas to liquid.
I chose this photograph because it reminded me of my childhood. When I saw water droplets on a cold bottle, I asked my father where the water was coming from as the bottle had no holes. He explained the science behind it to me.
