Welcome to Pakistan Science Club Portal ("PSC Portal", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering for events, or using any part of PSC Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You may use PSC Portal if you are at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. Parents may create child accounts on behalf of minors and remain responsible for their activity on the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or impersonate another person.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• Use the platform to spam, advertise unrelated products, or conduct phishing.
• Share content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any behavior that disrupts the experience of other users.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of projects, posts, comments, photos, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant PSC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the PSC Portal and related PSC channels (website, social media, newsletters).

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, hide, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms — at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Events, Camps & Payments

• Event and camp registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by PSC staff.
• Payment proofs submitted are subject to verification before registration is finalized.
• Refund eligibility, deadlines, and policies vary per event — refer to the specific event description.
• PSC reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, written guides, courseware, and curriculum materials provided by Pakistan Science Club are the property of Pakistan Science Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party services (payment apps, social media, partner websites). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected. Educational content is for informational and learning purposes — always supervise minors during hands-on experiments.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakistan Science Club, its affiliates, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
