🔬 STEM Activity Facilitators and Project Assistants
🤖 Robotics and Technical Support Volunteers
📋 Registration, Attendance, and Event Support Team Members
📸 Photographers with their own DSLR, mirrorless, or semi-professional cameras
🎥 Videographers, Reel Creators, and Short-Form Content Creators
📱 Social Media Influencers who can create engaging reels and event coverage
🎨 Graphic Designers and Creative Content Volunteers
📝 Research, Feedback, Documentation, and Reporting Volunteers
🤝 Outreach, Guest Coordination, and Participant Support Volunteers
Volunteer Timings
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Full Day: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Important Requirements
- Mandatory volunteer training will be held on 2 August 2026.
- Training attendance is compulsory for all selected volunteers.
- Volunteer positions are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A PSC Volunteer Portal account is required to apply.
- PSC will not provide transportation or accommodation. Volunteers must make their own arrangements.
- Certificates, verified volunteer hours, and recognition will be awarded based on attendance, assigned responsibilities, and active participation.
