Many underprivileged schools in our region lack proper STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Students are often taught only theory from textbooks, with little to no access to practical experiments, science labs, computers, or interactive learning tools. Teachers may also not have enough training or resources to teach STEM subjects in an engaging way. As a result, students struggle to understand core scientific concepts and miss out on developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
STEM education is essential for preparing students for future careers in science, engineering, medicine, and technology. Without it, students from underprivileged schools are left behind compared to those in better-funded institutions.
